PHIIT TRAINING PROGRAM
Our Personal High Intensity Interval Training (PHIIT) curriculum combines select exercises from five core training methods - circuit training, cross fit training, aerobic training, strength training and flexibility training. Your PHIIT training program is uniquely tailored to your needs and goals with defined metrics to monitor and adjusted as your fitness level improves.
Circuit training combines strength-training with aerobic exercise. This type of exercise involves walking or jogging between exercise stations. At individual stations you perform different flexibility, dynamic strength training and static strength training exercises. Our PHIIT Studio is outfitted with high-end Pro-Cor fitness machines which enhance your circuit training experience.
CROSS FIT TRAINING
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
Aerobic training strengthens your cardiovascular system by increasing your heart rate and breathing. These exercises use large muscle groups to perform rhythmic actions for a sustained period of time. Typically these are performed for ten to fifteen minutes and maintain your heart rate between 60 to 80 percent of your maximum heart rate.
Strength training consists of two parts - dynamic and static. Dynamic strength training is considered an anaerobic exercise because it strengthens your muscles over the full range of motion. Dynamic strength training using resistance to work your muscles through a completed motion. Static strength training helps you maintain muscle strength and tone by performing isometric exercises.
Flexibility training is among the most important types of fitness training because it provides a foundation for all exercise types. Stretching exercises reduce your risk of injury, improve your flexibility and range of motion and serve as a solid warmup for more vigorous exercise.

1. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with basic body weight movement's, which allows me to observe and correct your form. I want to make sure everything is done with proper technique before you you move forward. Form is the foundation for you success.
2. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NCSF certified personal trainer , TRX certified, kettle bell certified ,battle rope certified and strength and conditioning coach.
3. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was not in the best of shape and I needed to make a healthy change. I started to w/o and really got passionate about it. I decided that I wanted to help people get excited about fitness as I had become. Next thing I know I was given the opportunity to become a trainer, I then started to train and continue my healthy lifestyle, I soon became so serious that I transformed my body into a competitive bodybuilding machine. The rest is history.
4. What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with and still work with the strongest of strong and the weakest of weak and every one in between. Bad knees to bad back.. I even have a client who has Parkinson's..
5. How much does it cost per session to train with PHIIT Studio?
Please contact me ... I have standard rates but, I know that some of you are on a budget so I will work with you.
6. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a personal trainer?
When setting goals, make sure they are attainable.
