 I have been a personal trainer for 18 years now, I have my own in home training studio. I'm certified through NCSF, and I have multiple certifications such as TRX, KETTLE BELL, BATTLE ROPE, and more. I have found that using the training principles of HIIT training (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) is one of the best ways to achieve the results you are looking for. Working hard with minimal rest puts your body in Ketosis. This is the zone your body needs to enter to allow your body to start converting stored fat into ketones IE: energy to use as fuel. Thus allowing your body to burn fat efficiently. I work with basic body weight movement's, which allows me to observe and correct your form. I want to make sure everything is done with proper technique before you you move forward. Form is the foundation for you success.. His passion is personal training and positively impacting client's fitness, diet, well being and lifestyle. At PHIIT Studio we develop a personal fitness plan for each client that is fully customized to the needs of the client.  We use circuit training, cross fit training, strength training, aerobic training and flexibility training to help you achieve your personal fitness and life goals.
